ECLIPSE
is a new series of VOICE SYSTEMS active processed loudspeakers
designed for portable amplification systems, fixed installations and
monitoring systems. ECLIPSE loudspeakers
offer proven efficiency together with high sound quality. Their design
is based on the most advanced technology available, such as the
creation of professional acoustic components according to VOICE
SYSTEMS specifications, the use of synthetic materials in constructing
the cabinets and a special bi-amplification system, which allow a
virtually unlimited versatility. ECLIPSE loudspeakers are equipped
with powerful integrated and processed amplifiers, which allow easy
and quick settings of multiple (subwoofer + satellites) amplification
systems.
COSTRUCTION
Cabinets are made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) employing
a double density moulding. This process allows to obtain speaker
enclosures of very high strength and extremely limited weight; with
excellent rigidity / lightness ratio and acoustic results.
VERSATILITY
ECLIPSE
loudspeakers feature specially designed cabinets, which allow them to
be set out in an array of speakers or as stage monitors, so that they
can be installed practically anywhere, granting an amplification
system of extreme versatility.
SOUND QUALITY
ECLIPSE
enclosures employ professional loudspeakers built to VOICE SYSTEMS
specifications from carefully chosen and quality controlled materials.
Such speakers have been created to provide a constant linear
response even at maximum power, granting absolutely no
distortion and an excellent sound quality.
The full range model is fitted with a coaxial speaker. The 1”
compression driver with MYLAR membrane and the 12” woofer have the
same emission centre. The
spherical
waveguide horn
represents a true step forward in quality music reproduction and
correct stereo effect.
AMPLIFIER
ECLIPSE series is
fitted with processed amplification systems and professional
connections (woofer 300 W – IHF, driver 100 W – IHF). The special
structure of the electronic
crossover filter (24 dB/octave) together with the processed amplifiers
and the XLR-M and XLR-COMBO connections grant the maximum performance
without any risks of damage to system components. The particular
construction of the speaker ensures high tone quality and a wide
frequency range (50 Hz – 20 KHz) ideal for high level monitoring in
live applications and for sound diffusion in public venues, clubs,
audio-video systems, and so on.
